Scope of this Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is applicable to how the Kago community handles personally
identifiable information that is left when users log in to the website and server, as well as other
personally identifiable information shared with our business partners.
This privacy policy is not
applicable to organizations that do not belong to the Kago community or non-Kago
employees.
This privacy policy constitutes an inseparable part of the Kago User Agreement and must be read together
with the Kago
User Agreement including but not limited to Clause 6 (on Privacy
Protection) of the Kago User
Agreement.
Collection and Use of Information
The Kago community will collect your personally identifiable information when you register
a Kago
community account, use other Kago
community products or services, access Kago community webpages, or participate in promotional or prize winning games. The
Kago
community also collects personally identifiable information from our business partners.
When you register a Kago community account, we will ask for your
name, birthday, gender and personal
introduction, and will also access
your photo album and device information. Once you are successfully registered with the Kago community, we will be able to identify
you when you log in to the server.
The Kago community automatically receives and records the information on your browser and
server logs, including your IP address, information in the Kago
community cookies and your browsing history.
The Kago community uses this information to enhance the quality of the video services that
we provide and to improve the effectiveness to better tailor our services to your
interests and needs.
Device information When you use our services, we will collect your device and specific technical data information, including device identification codes (such as OAID, IMSI, SN, IMEI, Android ID, IDFA, IDFV, OPENUDID, GUID, MAC address) , device model, resolution, language, country, software version information, network information (such as IP address, SSID, BSSID, operator information, networking method) and log information (such as click records, operation logs, usage and interaction records).We obtain a user's GAID for the purpose of analyzing user behavior and fraud prevention.Our application uses the system overlay permission to provide a floating mini-view feature that is essential to the core functionality of the app.
The floating view allows users to continue using the app’s primary features (such as voice/audio room controls) while multitasking.
Access to the third-party SDK directory
In order to ensure the realization of the relevant functions of the Kago and the safe and stable operation of the application, we may access software development kits (SDK) provided by third parties to achieve related purposes.
We will conduct strict security monitoring on the software tool development kits (SDK) used by partners to obtain information to protect data security. The relevant third-party SDK we access to are listed in the catalog.

The Kago community will never display, rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others.
The following circumstances are excluded:

desired products and services can only be provided if your personal information is

When we are
required to provide information to the companies that provide products or services on our behalf; (unless we
notify you otherwise, these companies do not have the right to use your personally identifiable
information);
When we are
required to comply with a court summons, court order or to comply with a legal process;
When we discover that you have
violated the terms of use of the Kago community, Kago community global village or any other products or services.
The Kago community is not responsible for any
collection, disclosure and/or use of your
personal information provided by you to any third party's website which may be linked to or from our
